Shopping & Shipping

1- How long does it take to ship my order?

Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. In-stock items ship within two (2-5) business days after your order. Made-to-Order items take approximately two (2) weeks to create, and then ship to you. Check the product detail page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the approximate shipping date.

2 -I Need My Order Sooner Than The Turnaround Time - What Are My Options?

 If you plan to propose or showcase a unique jewelry piece within 4 weeks, we can suggest specific items that will be ready for you in that time frame! To discuss your best options with a diamond expert for your specific deadline, chat with a virtual diamond expert, or call us at (646) 884-1928.

3 - Do You Ship Outside Of The United States?

Currently, Jewyo exclusively ships within the US. Deliveries can be made to your home, office, or APO/FPO. It's important to mention that orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery, and the shipping date needs to be verified beforehand. For orders under $500, they will be shipped within the indicated timeframe mentioned in your order confirmation email to the specified shipping address.

4 - Do You Ship To Military APOs Or PO Boxes?

We are happy to send your order to any APO/FPO address using US Postal Registered Mail. Registered mail is fully insured and may require up to three weeks for delivery.

5 - Can I Ship To A Different Address Other Than My Billing Address?

Yes! Your billing address and shipping address may differ. Should you provide a shipping address different from your billing one, we might request additional details for security purposes.

6 - Can You Change A Shipping Address After An Order Is Placed?

You may update your shipping address before the item is shipped. Please reach out to sales@jewyo.com or call (646) 884-1928 promptly to make any necessary changes. After your order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the address while it is in transit.

7 - Are Shipments Signature Required?

Orders over $500 necessitate a signature upon delivery. We will reach out to confirm a delivery date before shipping. Orders under $500 will be shipped within the specified timeline to the address provided. No shipments to PO boxes or FedEx locations. Address changes post-shipping are not possible.

8 - Are Your Shipments Insured?

All Jewyo shipments are fully insured during transit. Orders over $500 also mandate an adult signature upon delivery.

10 - Can I Design A Custom Jewelry Item?

Yes! Personalized jewelry is an excellent means to craft a distinctive expression of your love that's as unique as you are. Tap here to begin the custom design process.

11- What does your packaging look like?

All our products come in an elegant jewelry box perfect for presentation and gifting. To ensure security, our shipping packages do not reference Jewyo, diamonds, or jewelry on the box.

12- Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping to various countries. International orders benefit from FREE FedEx International Economy service, typically delivering within two to five (2-5) days post shipment. All deliveries necessitate a signature upon receipt.

13- Can I cancel or change my order?

After your payment is processed, we cannot make any changes to your order. This applies to different items, metal colors, carat weights, ring sizes, or billing and shipping addresses. Nonetheless, you can cancel made-to-order items within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders & Payments

1 - What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major US credit cards, PayPal (mobile checkout only), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your convenience, we can also accept Bank Wire Transfer. We also offer financing through Affirm, with low monthly payments and rates as low as 0% APR.

2 - Do I have to pay tax?

We collect taxes from customers as required, making no profit on them. The taxes collected are paid directly to the respective states. Any necessary taxes will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.

3 - Can I purchase if I’m outside of the United States?

Jewyo ships globally. For international orders, we provide FREE FedEx International Economy service, which typically takes two to five (2-5) days to arrive after shipping. A signature is necessary for the delivery of all items.

4- Do you provide financing? 

We don't offer financing, as we provide information and support.

5-Are your prices listed in US Dollars?

For pricing, any references we make will be listed in US Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. If you have specific questions about pricing for products or services, we can help guide you to the right resources.

Return Policy

1 - What Is The Jewyo Return Policy?

We offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with FREE return shipping via FedEx, so you can make sure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method. All special orders, including Truly Custom special orders, may be returned for store credit only.

2-What Cannot Be Returned?

Custom orders are not returnable.

Refund

1- How Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Bank wires will be refunded by company check.

2- When Will I Get My Refund?

The credit will be returned to your credit card within five (5) to seven (7) business days after we process the refund. If you sent us a bank wire or paid with a personal check, we will mail you a check.

3- How Do I Exchange What I Have Purchased?

Review the return and exchange policy to ensure your item qualifies for an exchange.
Reach out to the seller directly to inform them of your intention to exchange the item. Provide details such as your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Make sure the item is in its original condition, including any packaging, tags, or accessories that came with it. This usually involves shipping the item back . Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return. Once the we receives the item, they will process the exchange. You may receive a confirmation email with details about the new item and its shipping status.

Warranty

1 - Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry?

Yes. We stand by our diamond ,gemstones and jewelry. We offer a free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. We warranty that all jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of gemstones will never fade or cloud over time.

Repairs

1- Do you offer repairs if something happens to my jewelry?

Yes. While diamonds and jewelry are durable, they are not indestructible. If something happens to your jewelry and you need repairs, we’re here to help.

1 - Is Shopping Online With JEWYO Secure?

We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted via 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. You can view our security certificate to verify our encryption status.

2-  Will My Personal Data Be Shared With 3rd Parties?
